Kraidlzeig is a Viennese manufactory dedicated to transforming everyday cooking through carefully crafted organic herb oils. Founded in early 2025 by fine-dining cooks David, Demon, and Patrick, the company was built around a simple idea: exceptional flavour should not require complicated recipes, professional training, or countless ingredients. Sometimes, a single drop is enough to elevate a dish and create a memorable dining experience at home.

Inspired by traditional home cooking and the recipes of their grandmothers, the founders set out to capture the character of fresh herbs in a format that is both practical and versatile. Every Kraidlzeig oil is handcrafted in small batches in Vienna using high-quality sunflower oil and organically grown herbs sourced from local farmers. No additives, flavour enhancers, powders, extracts, or artificial ingredients are used. This commitment to purity is what sets Kraidlzeig apart from many similar products. With approximately 30 grams of fresh herbs infused into every 100ml bottle, the oils deliver vibrant, authentic herbal flavour that remains balanced and elegant rather than overpowering.

Developed by professional chefs but designed for everyday kitchens, Kraidlzeig oils make it easy to add freshness, depth, and complexity to a wide range of dishes.
